Reflecting on 2007Posted on: 2008-01-09Looking back at 2007 -- Another crazy year in Ashley Place. Great Neighbors and Great Fun for all to be had this past year. I am sure next year will be just as fun if not more.
Easter was a hit again with all the little ones.
Fourth of July with the decorated bicycles of the young and the adults (still young at heart) were a hit. Tractors, go carts and the like were included in the parade along with our great Mason fire fighters and their fire engine.
Fun was had by all at the World Series pary in the Greenhouse cul-de-sac. Huge screen was big enough to be seen by all.
The trip to the Vineyards was another hit this year. Jello shots all around and around and around. Not to mention the bar stop after dinner.
Holloween -- I love to see the kids all dressed up. This is the time that Bob and I set up our tent and the neighbors surrounding come and sit in our drive way, give out candy and eat Bob's firehouse chili and drink beer.
The Phadd Party started at our house. Steve Dunn had us all rolling again this year. You never know what he is going to do from year to year. This party seems to grow every year. Bob and I really enjoy getting together with the neighbors.
